Privacy, in plain language.

This policy explains what information Snapfire Automation collects through this website, why we use it, and which service providers help us operate the site.

Effective September 25, 2026

Information you choose to provide

When you use the contact form, we may receive your name, work email address, business name, the type of help you want, and the message or workflow details you provide.

When you request follow-up from your AI assessment results, we may also receive your answers, scores, result profile, and selected area of interest. Your assessment answers remain in your browser unless you choose to submit the follow-up form.

If you schedule a meeting through Calendly, the information you enter into Calendly is also processed according to Calendly's privacy notice.

How we use information

Snapfire uses submitted information to:

  • Review and respond to your inquiry.
  • Discuss whether Snapfire's services may be a useful fit.
  • Schedule and prepare for a requested conversation.
  • Deliver services you choose to engage us for.
  • Protect the website and forms from spam, fraud, and abuse.
  • Maintain appropriate business records and comply with legal obligations.

A website inquiry does not add you to a mailing list or automated sales sequence.

Service providers

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate this website:

  • Formspree processes and stores form submissions so Snapfire can receive and respond to them. See the Formspree Privacy Policy.
  • Google reCAPTCHA helps detect spam, fraud, and abuse. It may process device, browser, interaction, and network information and may set the _grecaptcha cookie for that security purpose. See Google's reCAPTCHA data-processing information.
  • Calendly provides the optional meeting-scheduling experience shown after the assessment. See the Calendly Privacy Notice.
  • Our hosting provider may process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs, to deliver and protect the website.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Snapfire does not authorize them to use form submissions for Snapfire marketing.

Cookies and similar technology

Snapfire does not currently use advertising or audience-tracking analytics on this website. reCAPTCHA and Calendly may use cookies or similar technologies when their services load or when you interact with them. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although blocking them may prevent some form-protection or scheduling features from working correctly.

Sharing

Snapfire does not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with the service providers described above when necessary to operate the website, respond to you, or provide requested services. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business reorganization.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry and client information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Our providers may retain information under their own policies and account settings.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email system, or online service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit confidential or regulated information through these forms.

Your choices

You may ask Snapfire to provide, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to identity verification and any information we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons. Use the contact form and write “Privacy request” in your message.

You can complete the AI assessment without providing contact information. You can also choose not to use Calendly and contact Snapfire through the website form instead.

Children

This website and Snapfire's services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, our providers, or our information practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the policy was last revised.
